When do I get paid?
Payouts are real-time. The moment a customer successfully processes their M-Pesa payment, the funds are credited instantly to your Cyzora merchant balance.
How do I withdraw my funds?
You can withdraw anytime from your dashboard. Navigate to Payouts, enter the withdrawal amount, and the money will be sent to your registered M-Pesa phone number or paybill in minutes.
Is there a minimum withdrawal limit?
Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is KES 100 per transaction.
What if a payment fails?
We only charge for successful transactions. If an STK Push times out, is rejected by the user, or fails due to insufficient funds, you pay KES 0.00.
Do I need my own Safaricom paybill?
No. Cyzora provides shared paybills and handles all the integration. However, if you already have a Safaricom Paybill or Buy Goods Till number, you can link it directly in your dashboard settings.
